Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality base metals with premium plating, then finished with multiple layers of clear protective coating to improve durability, shine, and resistance to tarnishing. This is paired with the In-house extra steps beyond standard plating to help your piece last longer with proper care.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Carefully packaging each item to prevent damage during transit
That said, plated jewelry requires care. Avoid water, sweat, chemicals, and sleeping or showering with your jewelry to maximize longevity.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
