Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
CGJEWLS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, CGJEWLS is no longer responsible for the shipment.
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered must be resolved directly with the carrier or local authorities. We do not replace or refund confirmed deliveries.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. CGJEWLS is not responsible for customs delays.
